THE PROCESS - What you should expect!

  • Subsequently we undertake in-depth briefing with Company Executives, Line and HR Managers to gain a detailed understanding of the position, reporting structure, person specification and profile, appointment specific criteria and remuneration parameters.
  • Where appropriate we prepare an Assignment Specification document which we use in the interview process, containing your company profile and relevant position responsibilities and selection criteria, in order to maintain consistent presentation of information to all candidates.
  • Establish a program of cost-effective promotion and advertising to gain maximum exposure and profile through selected print media, internet job boards, web search tools and social media to assist in identifying and attracting quality candidates.
  • Undertake agreed research through in-house and external databases, strategic internet search activities, social media research, extensive networking though industry contact networks, candidate referral networks, industry associates and affiliate partners to identify and attract candidates.
  • Professionally approach, develop relationship and influence specific candidates identified and recommended by your company executives and our networks and activities.
  • Initial screening and analysis of all candidates and discussions to determine candidate suitability for the position.
  • Thorough and in-depth interviews with suitable candidates.
  • Analysis, review, selection and preparation of confidential reports on candidates deemed suitable for short listing.
  • Presentation of reports with detailed discussion on short list candidates and other candidate options who offer alternate valuable attributes, potential contribution or additional benefits.
  • Arrange and schedule suitable times for you to interview short list candidates which can be held at your offices, or if more appropriate and where confidentiality is required, you are welcome to use our facilities.
  • Obtain feedback from both parties after the interviews, coordinate follow-up interviews as required and conduct thorough Reference Checking, providing written reports, once the interest of both client and preferred candidate has been established.
  • Professional negotiation of an offer with the selected candidate; securing acceptance and coaching the candidate through the resignation process as appropriate to avoid counter-offers, and finally, provide confirmation of a start date.
  • Notification of the outcome of applications to all candidates in order to maintain and manage your reputation as our client.
  • Follow up with the successful candidate and yourselves at agreed periods in support of our candidate placement guarantee.
