Steve Pitman is Managing Director of STEVE PITMAN CONSULTING and a Specialist in Professional Recruitment, Executive Search and Management Consulting Services. His experience includes recruiting for Senior, Executive, Professional, Management and Technical appointments across Australia, often working in conjunction with an extensive national and international network of associates and affiliate companies.

Steve has a Technical, Financial, Operational, Construction and Management background and has established and managed businesses in importation, distribution and customer service as well as property and construction activities within private enterprise. Steve held senior positions in Finance, Administration and General Management and was also responsible for human resources, information technology, facilities management and construction.

In January 1996, Steve commenced as an Associate and Senior Consultant with James Gall & Associates and subsequently progressed to Associate Director in Executive Recruitment. He provided recruitment and consulting services to an extensive range of industry sectors including Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mining, Energy & Resources, Sales & Marketing, Materials & Supply, Distribution & Logistics, Finance & Accounting, Property, Facilities Management, Government and General Management.

Commencing STEVE PITMAN CONSULTING PTY LTD in 2009, and with over 16 years’ experience, he continues to provide specialist Recruitment, Human Resource and Management Consulting programs and services to many private, corporate, institutional and government sector clients.
